The latest release of the RSA SecurID 130 and 250 Appliances are based on RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 software, allowing organisations to take advantage of capabilities such as wireless support and better protection of their desktops.
Through its network monitoring capabilities using the Windows SNMP Agent plug-in, the RSA SecurID Appliance enables organisations to leverage their existing Network Management Systems to monitor the health of the Appliance and optimise up-time. This is accomplished by supporting standard SNMP queries from the Network Management System and Appliance-generated “SNMP traps” from specific events in the authentication log files.
